This is a study made by Jerica M. Berge, PhD, MPH, LMFT, CFLE, and colleagues from the University of Minnesota and Columbia University, showing that one or two family meals per week can help prevent obesity and overweight in teenagers. I chose this article because I think family is important and that it is important for you to sit down and have dinner with your family sometimes.
