This article is about a new way doctors can diagnose ovarian cancer. Treatment that works depends on an accurate diagnosis of the tumor type. Belgium came up with this new test called ADNEX. This test is based off of the history of the patient and a simple tumor marker blood test. The test identifies the type of tumor, as well as the diagnosis. I picked the article because I thought it was very interesting that there is a new way to diagnose cancer. Also because I wondered how long it took for them to come up with another way to diagnose cancer.
