Regarding "Scientists report first semiaquatic dinosaur, Spinosaurus: Massive predator was more than 9 feet longer than largest T. rex" by University of Chicago
It turns out that Spinosaurus spent much of its life in the water (surprise!) and appears to be the "largest known predatory dinosaur to roam the Earth, measuring more than nine feet longer than the world's largest Tyrannosaurus rex specimen" (University of Chicago, 2014).
This is a great story, not only because the Spinosaurus is amazing, but because of how we know anything about it at all (a colorful narrative complete with wars, castles, and chance encounters). Enjoy!
